WSM Jr. High

Sundays

Purpose: To provide fun and applicable teaching to help shape Jr. High’s relationships with Christ.
When: the Crash Space is open from 9:15-11AM, and the teaching at 11AM, every Sunday. (WSM Room, Office Complex)

        Sunday mornings are a vital time, as students get a chance to engage with interactive teaching, games and prayer.  Teaching focuses on making the Biblical story relevant to students lives.  Organized into “arcs” these times allow for students to interact with a different topic each week that is connected over several weeks.  A special focus is placed on physical activity and hands-on style learning.  All of this is facilitated by dedicated and enthusiastic leaders who guide discussion and lead activities.

Also, from 9:15-11AM the Crash Space is open to chill out, try and beat Tom at Mario Party or other games and to enjoy your morning.  Feel free to drop by, there's always someone ready to chill out.

FLEX
Purpose: To focus students on applying their faith in a real-life setting through intentionally serving needs and peer connection.
When: 1st Friday of every Month, from 7-9PM @ Westheights.

    FLEX is all about trying faith on, learning to work with others and helping people out.  Like a good work out, FLEX is all about doing not just about thinking.  Learning about following Christ and helping others go hand-in-hand.  FLEX groups with be led by a team of adult leaders who care about you and their community.

Events
Purpose: To bond with other students through low-cost, high-experience activities.
When: 3rd Friday of every month.

       Events allow students to break from routine, meet new friends and contribute to the community by provide safe and rich experiences for other Jr. Highs in our area.  They will vary in cost but will on average to stay below $10.
